Privacy Policy
Ready Launch command center and client portal. Version 1.0, last updated October 16, 2026.
Who we are
Ready Launch forms and runs US companies for its clients: LLC formation, EIN and ITIN applications, registered and residential addresses, mail handling, banking help and annual filings. This policy covers the Ready Launch command center (used by Ready Launch staff) and the client portal. Residential mail has its own policy at the Mail Center.
What we keep
- Your details: name, email, phone, country and the addresses you give us, and the details of each company we form or manage for you.
- Intake answers: what you tell us in our intake forms (Typeform and our own forms) about you, your members and your business.
- Documents: what you upload and what we file for you, such as passports and other ID, proof of address, W-7, Articles of Organization, Operating Agreements, EIN and ITIN letters, bank statements and tax returns.
- Orders and payments: what you bought, its status, and the payment records (amount, date, status) from Whop and from our Mercury bank account, matched to your order. We do not see or store card numbers.
- Messages: portal messages, emails and WhatsApp or other chat messages between you and our team, and any photos sent in them.
- Work records: tasks, tickets, notes and an activity log of what our team did on your orders and when.
- Sign-in data: for staff, sign-in times, IP address and failed sign-ins; for clients, one-time sign-in links (valid for a short time, used once).
How we use it
Only to deliver the services you ordered: forming and maintaining your company, filing with US agencies on your behalf, handling your mail, answering your questions, taking payment and keeping your account secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who sees it and who we share it with
- You, and the Ready Launch staff who work on your orders. Staff access depends on their role.
- Government agencies and registered agents, as needed to file what you ordered (for example a state filing office, or the IRS for an EIN or ITIN).
- Anthropic (AI): to check that an uploaded document is what it should be (for example that a passport is readable and current), to read mail envelopes and summarise scans, and to help staff answer questions about your file. Data is sent for that task only.
- Typeform (intake forms), Whop (payments and subscriptions), Mercury (our bank, to match payments), Notion (our older task records), Resend (email), Zernio and Clapvo (WhatsApp and other chat), Twilio (phone number checks), Shippo and EasyPost (shipping labels for mail).
- Supabase, which hosts Ready Launch's older app; its records are copied into our database.
- Our hosting provider, to run the servers. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
See the Data Retention policy.
Security
- All traffic is encrypted with TLS.
- Documents are stored in private folders on our server and are only served to the client they belong to and to signed-in staff, never from a public folder. Mail photos and scans are stored encrypted (AES-256).
- Staff sign in with a password; repeated failed sign-ins are blocked, and a deactivated staff account is signed out at once.
- Every staff change is written to an activity log.
Deleting your data
Send your Ready Launch team a message from the client portal and say what you want deleted. We delete it, except the records the law requires us to keep (see the Data Retention policy), and confirm when it is done.
Changes
If we make a material change to this policy, we tell you in the portal or by email before it applies.
